• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging

• Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible

Return Window

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

• Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted

• All eligible orders include a prepaid return shipping label

• Return shipping is free for approved returns
